$350 for the first 8 hours
$50/hour thereafter

$650 for one month leading up to your event

Booking Details

• A complimentary consultation is required prior to booking to discuss your event, confirm availability + determine the scope of services.

• Following your consultation, you will receive a customized proposal, service agreement + invoice for the 50% deposit, reflecting the services, pricing + terms discussed during your consultation.

• Your service agreement should be signed within 48 hours of receipt. A signed service agreement + 50% deposit are required to reserve your event date + confirm your booking.

• Your event date is not reserved until both the signed service agreement + 50% deposit have been received.

• A final invoice for the remaining balance will be sent 30 days prior to your event + is due upon receipt. Final payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.

• If final payment has not been received by the 14-day deadline, services may be canceled, the event date released + the deposit forfeited in accordance with the terms of the service agreement.

• Additional coordination hours beyond those included in your selected service are $50/hour.

• Immersive Blooms services Greater Seattle the surrounding areas. Any applicable travel fees will be outlined + confirmed in your service agreement prior to booking.
